Complete tester development

-Defined the test-system architecture and interfaces. -Designed the custom PCB, 24 V I/O, control panel, mechanical framing, and internal wiring. -Wrote the control and user-interface software in C and Python. -Built, wired, integrated, and verified the tester. -Produced complete operating and maintenance documentation.
